Lapad Bay has been our home for decades. Five of our hotels line this same waterfront, more than four hundred rooms, a ten-minute drive from the Old Town’s gates. We’ve watched this bay change, and we know exactly what today’s traveler fears losing: the sea in the morning, the shade of the pines, the feeling of belonging.

We felt it too.
