According to the Hospitality and Catering Industry Act and to the Provision of Tourism Services Act we inform all our guests that the complaint on the quality of our services can be personally delivered to our Headquarter offices or it can be sent in a written form to the following:

We will provide a response to guests' complaint in a written form within 15 working days at latest after their complaint deliver. We kindly ask our guests to provide their contact information in the complaint.
